Hello Again,
Hello hello,
I’ve been away too long and it is time for me to be back with you again.
Last may I had surgery on my back. It was my hope by hope to be well if not better. I’ve had tremendous pain in my left leg for the last two years and I was not able to walk more than 100 hundred feet without pain. Me of all people that love all kinds of sports. After surgery I faithfully did the therapy for three months and to my disappointment I didn’t get any better, maybe even worse. After therapy and another MRI my Doctor told me I needed another surgery. This time even more intense due to a larger showing of arthritis on my spine. I took the advice very seriously for the fact that there were no guarantees for success. With that news I was not ready to go through another surgery. I was then advised to try a series of three Epidural injections on the spine. Why not? I have nothing to loose except some pain! On my first injection, after a day, I went for a walk, slowly some kind of exercise. It started with 30 minutes and 45 minutes on my bicycle. Now I can walk every morning for 1 hour and still enjoy my bicycle in this wonderful Arizona weather and I have to tell you that I feel great, not completely pain free, but almost and I can finally sleep through the night with no pain. Try it and you will be surprised, and don’t go for the surgery unless it is really necessary.
Love Momma
