If you're looking for a recipe we featured on either TV or the radio, we try to get the recipes updated within 48 hours of broadcast, usually sooner. You can find a recipe by searching here. You can even listen to the radio show again, online, by clicking this link! Don't forget, there's a live webcam in studio where you can watch the broadcast live! Just visit KFYI's home page, click On Demand and then choose Live Webcam.
