I stumbled across the most helpful website this week that Dad would have flipped over! At www.beefitswhatsfordinner.com, they have created a virtual meat case that looks just like the one my Dad would have arranged. When you click on the cut of beef in the case, it tells you what it is, how to cook it and then it offers recipes for that particular cut. I clicked on the Tri-Tip, a roast my Dad loved to cook and decided to make it in his honor. So glad I did. It might be a new favorite Sunday Supper for you!
