Okay,  So Olivia and I got right to work mixing and adding and spilling and tasting the yummy pink cupcakes.  I wanted to share the easy step by step process with you.  We had a blast, wish you were here!

 

First we poured in the cake batter. Easy stuff, keep it all in the bowl though!

Then we added the eggs, slippery little suckers!

Then Olivia measured and poured in the water.

Finally I got to add the oil.

We stirred and stirred to get rid of the lumps.

We thought coconut would be a fun addition, so we added tons of that! 

We added pretty cupcake cups to the tins and poured in just enough batter to make a perfect sized cake.

After they cooled we got a hold of the decorations Mommy had set aside and decorated them all by ourselves.  (We ate most of these so mommy had to make more later.)
