Step by step Sombreros:

Here is what you'll need:  Plastic cups and small decorative paper plates, mini pompoms, colorful rubberbands and tacky glue. ( For the safety of kids like me, we do not recomend hot glue guns)

     

Step 1: Glue 3 cups (glued to each other for strength) to the center of the plate. Add pompoms to the rim of the plate and place the colorful rubberbands along the cup.

Step 2: Decorate all over the house!  These are great for table decorations and really spice up your Cinco de Mayo parties!
